How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. After it’s shipped, average delivery times are 2-5 business days within the United States.

If it’s an international order, most packages arrive within two or three weeks, though it can take from four to six based upon how your country handles those packages. Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do on our end to expedite that process.

Warranty, Returns, and Cancellations

What is the warranty policy?

VAULTEK® IS COMMITTED TO PROVIDING PRODUCTS OF HIGH QUALITY AND VALUE AND MAKES EVERY EFFORT TO ENSURE ITS PRODUCTS ARE FREE OF DEFECTS.

Vaultek® guarantees your safe will be free of defects in materials or workmanship for a period of three years from the date of original purchase from an authorized dealer. This warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, use in any manner for which is not designed, neglected, modification, damage inadvertently caused by the user, accidents and/or tampering.

If your safe is determined to be defective, we will at our discretion, have it repaired at our expense, or will send you a new one at no cost to you. You will be required to return the existing unit as well as all included parts to Vaultek™ prior to replacement along with your proof of purchase.

If it is determined your safe needs to be returned, a Vaultek™ agent will provide a Return Authorization Number. Please have the following information available when you contact us:

-Purchaser’s name, mailing address, email address, and a phone number.
-Copy of receipt or online order number (if purchased directly from us or Amazon)
-Authorized Dealer Name (if applicable)
-Detailed description of the problem

NEITHER SELLER NOR MANUFACTURER SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE, DIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL, ARISING OUT OF THE USER OF, OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE VAULTEK® SAFE.

If you live outside the United States, custom and tariff fees may apply according to your country’s import laws. These fees are not collected by this company, and this company does not have control of these fees.

When is your shipping cut off?

For items in stock, orders placed prior to 3:00pm EST usually ship the next business day. Please be aware that some orders may be delayed by order processing or other issues. Once the order is processed the shipping time is dependent on the shipping method that has been selected. Once shipped you will receive tracking information via email.

When are you coming out with a rifle safe?

I'm unsure of what fits.

Unsure of what fits. No worries discover a full list of what fits and printable templates for test fitting at www.vaulteksafe.com/what-fits/.

Printable templates are available for, 10 Series, 20 Series, and SLIDER Series. Simply print the template on an 8.5″ x 11″ sheet of paper and place your valuables on the template to see if they fit. When printing do not scale to fit instead print at 100%.

What is Smart Key compatible with?

Smart Key is compatible with Slider Series (SL20 / SL20i), VT Series (VT / VTi), and MX Series (MX / MXi) safes. It is not compatible with 10 Series (VE10, VR10, VT10i), 20 Series (VE20 / VT20 / VT20i), and Essential Series (VE10 / VE20 / SE20 / VE) models.

Can I keep the safe plugged in continuously?

Leaving your safe plugged in continually will not harm the safe or battery. However, to preserve battery life we suggest that you unplug occasionally to allow the battery to cycle down.
