LifePod X

This LifePod X is the best I've had. It can be locked. It can be secured and has a back up power plug jsut in case the battery dies. All in a complete package. No complaints. Works great for my application.

I bought this after reading a review that the bodyguard 2.0 would fit in here. I am having issues finding safes that will fit under my truck seats with all the electrical components. I was happy when I saw this slid under the seat like a dream. When putting the bodyguard in the safe...it didn't fit no matter what angle I tried. If this was maybe an inch bigger it would fit micro compact pistols with no problem. PLEASE make this slightly bigger. It's the numbers for the keypad area that get in the way! This is the perfect thickness but needs to be wider.

Absolutely horrible just the worst no instructions no way to use it. I want to return it so badly, but I can’t even figure out how to do that. Do not buy.

Great case to hold a lot of little things (keys, phone, cash...) in a small airtight place. Highly recommend this for hikers, commuters, actually anyone!

Need to fix the loose lid. You can lift a side up and hit the reprogram button with a skinny pick. Wish it would of had a double locking mechanism, one on each corner. Rather than in the middle. Needs more of a metal frame around the lip to prevent thieves from looking what is inside. Not bad for if safe is kept on you but to leave if somewhere filling confident that it’s safe and secure. No so much.

I have 3 safes from VAULTEK and was the first time I had a defect on one of my items. The service I received from Grace and here team was amazing they made the process seamless.

After owning my gun safe for five years, the electronics stopped working. Vaultek customer service told me if I paid for shipping they would repair it at no cost. Within two days of receiving the safe, I was notified it was repaired and on its way back using the shipping label I supplied. After a few days, I contacted Vaultek customer service because UPS had no record of the shipment. Two days later, Grace from Vaultek called me to apologize. My shipping label was for UPS but the safe had been loaded on a FedEx truck. Vaultek tried unsuccessfully to get it back from FedEx. Grace said Vaultek would ship me a brand new gun safe. And true to their word, tracking shows I will receive it on 3/26/25. I am so impressed with their level of customer service. They researched what happened to the shipment, they were transparent in their findings, and they made it right. I am a very satisfied customer!

I ordered the Lifepod X for a trips my wife was taking. She stated it kept all her items safe and she loved it. Of note, there is no issues with Lifepod X when dealing with TSA screening at the airport or customs. I was impressed with the customer service from Vaultek. They went above and beyond, considering the screw-up on the initial order was my fault. This is my second purchase from Vaultek and on both they have supplied a great product and experience.

Within 10 minutes of being taking out of the package the black enamel started to chip around the biometric scan button. It was a Christmas gift and they needed it for their upcoming trip they wouldn’t let me send it back because if time constraints. I’m disappointed that I spent that much and it’s not a quality item.

Easy to set up and the biometrics works great. This was a refurbished unit and there was no indication that it was. Very good job of packaging it like new.

I purchased a Vaultek Safe for both my son and myself, we are/were both law enforcement, I’m retired. We love these, perfect for the bedside nightstand. My son’s safe did lose power and we couldn’t figure out why. I contacted Vaultek customer service, and they immediately sent a replacement, along with the return label for us to mail the defective one back. To say we are happy would be quite the understatement!

I bought the “refurb” versions of the Lifepod 2.0 and the Lifepod X. They came and seemed like brand new. The color options were limited but the black looks just fine. I mean, how often are you looking at it anyway? I put my goodies in them and tucked them out of sight. The X is small but it can fit a wallet, cellphone, keys, etc. Set up was super easy. Shipping was fast. I can’t think of anything that could have improved it. Great product. Go get one (or two).

I purchased the LifePod 2.0 with Sling and the LifePod X. Bottom line: In todays world we need a little protection of our valuables and important items such as Type I or II diabetes, heart meds, etc., as well as a safe place for your credit cards, license, car keys… when camping, fishing, hiking, going to the grocery store, or any travel outside your home. A LifePod X is perfect for the smaller items that are important to you and a more full size carry safe for personal self defense is perfect for every State in the Union. Vaultek should be mandatory in everyone of your cars and significantly less expensive than installing glove box or center consul safes. I purchased a LifePod for all 5 of my kids, three of which are still in college. Their cash, license, credits cards, car keys, etc do not need to be available to roommates or their friends. A LifePod takes away all the anxiety or worry. Just do it, purchase what you need today and call it a birthday or Christmas present for yourself, spouse, and kids. Vaultek = peace of mind which gives you a better day everyday.

Good product

I have a Vaultek slider to hold my unloaded handgun on the back of passenger front seat. I purchased the Lifepod X to hold my loaded magazines separately locked and secured to driver side door compartment. The Lifepod X holds two magazines. I am very happy with both products.
