Great quality. Use it daily. Bought the foam package for additional security while walking with items inside. Cannot recommend this product enough.

The XT is a sturdy, trustworthy case. It’s easy to program, easy to lock and unlock. I bought an extra magazine holder and it easy to remove modules and move them around. Good size, fits behind my drivers seat cabled to the seat mount, or in the trunk cabled to the tie downs.

I have several different types of the vaultek lifepod unites. And everyone of them works the way they should. My weapons are secure when traveling or when I stay somewhere other then my home. I even have one in my car attached to the seat frame for when I have to secure my weapon in my car. Great product never any problems so far! Would highly recommend them!

I like Vaultek products

Ordered several Vaultek products previously. Loved them. Ordered Lifepod XT through Amazon. Vaultek box arrived with non-Vaultek product inside. Returned but have not been able to get a refund for a month. Rip off.

Very happy with my Bio-Metric “Slider” safe. Got it installed next to the bed. Fits my Sig P365-XComp with a Romeo Pro and a Sig light just right. So happy with the quality I purchased a XT series case for range trips. Well built. Bio Scanner works well.

Absolutely loving my LifePod XT Special Edition...

Vaultek LifePod XT Special Edition was my latest purchase from Vaultek (my 3rd). Excellent craftmanship and customer service. I need a secuire way to carry around some needed items in my truck and this fit the bill.

Extremely easy set up and easy to store

Shipping was fast. The shipping package was good keep the safe from being damaged. I purchased the Life Pod XT 2i. It is excellent quality. Works flawlessly. I took a road trip and I felt that my items were secure and safe. It gave me some peace of mind.

Fast shipping, the safe times out and is difficult to open and change code, takes me several try’s to get into it sometimes, the cord that was sent with it to bypass the battery does not fit the safe. Very expensive, thought it would be better!

My Life Pod 2 is great. Perfect size, well-constructed, and just what I needed.

I’ve now purchased three LifePods, two with the biometric option and one without. They all work flawlessly and keep my handguns secured but readily available.

I own quite a few Vaultek Safes and they sure do NOT disappoint! AMAZING safes, fastest bio-to-open I've seen or used. The RS 500i is perfect near my bed to access (God forbid) in the middle of the night; I use the LifePod 2.0 for travel on airplanes; I have a 20 series attached to the front seat in my car; I also own a VT, 10 Series, LifePod, LifePodXT, and I just ordered a Smart Station!!! (I almost have their whole lineup!) I still have a MX on my wish list for my office! (<--Some day!) These safes are literally the best of the BEST, and as I described above, each safe can have specific uses! I will say, having the LifePod 2.0 for use to travel with my firearm is really one of the best ways to do that; so light weight, and I attach it to the inside of my suitcase (wrapped the cable around the poles in the back of the suitcase). Such a GREAT company...

Great customer service. I purchased a LifePod XT and was afforded the ability to go to the warehouse to pick it up since I live locally. Upon opening the safe to set it up I noticed a small imperfection and was told to bring it right back in where it was immediately exchanged. The customer service was phenomenal.

I’ve purchased other lock boxes at similar price tags, and while fit for purpose, there was always something off about them - poor biometric technology, weight, aesthetics, lack of accessories, quality, etc. I came across Vaultek during my search for a better lock box and decided to buy the Lifepod and Lifepod XT. I was pleased and pleasantly surprised that both products hit very positively on the points I noted. Vaultek is my goto brand and I plan on additional purchases.

I purchased the WiFi connected VTi model. It feels like a high quality product, and setup was quite smooth. There are several issues which could make this product better. First and foremost, the charging port: vaultek didn't get the memo that micro USB is dead. It's time to move to USB C. Second, the internal light turns off pretty quickly after opening, even if the device is connected to power. It would be great if there was an option in the app to change the timeout, or keep the light on for as long as the box is open. Third, fingerprint management in the app could be better if you were allowed to delete individual prints and to reprogram them. If I have two people with access and then I want to remove one of them, it seems that I have to delete ALL of the prints and start over. Fourth, it would be nice if you could adjust how far the door opens, and if it would go further to allow comfortable access with vertical mounting on a wall. I'm looking forward to the next generation of this product, as well as others.

Well I just bought the special edition. And I took it trough security at Atlanta airport and I thought this case would held up rough handling, but I was surprised to se see a scratch on the top as it came out from the security filters. So I don’t know if I would throw it like they do on the advertisement video. I don’t want to ruin my 700 box, so in that aspect I would give a bad score. For all other aspects I love my case. Is so fancy. Everyone at my gun range just went dropping jaws all the way. I bought extra accessories and I really love that I can arrange things how ever I need to. For example if going to the range or just to keep my guns safe at home. So I don’t know if it will resist a fall and I defenetly won’t try to see if it handles ok and won’t brake. Also I think the pressure latches fills a little weak (cheap material). Maybe I am wrong but time will tell. It’s my first vaultek product and so far I am very happy with my life pod xt. I hope this will help other customers to decide because it is defenetly NOT CHEAP.

Your website listed a product “in-stock” and therefore I purchased it. Several days later, I received an email stating the safe would ship much later than anticipated due to a “shipping date error.” Had I known the actual shipping/stock status I would have waited to purchase, as I could have used the money for other expenses. And, I then receive an email to review my purchase when it hasn’t even shipped. I’m sure the safe is a good product, but very disappointing purchasing experience.

I absolutely love my Vaultek DS2i Smart Station. This is my 3rd Vaultek purchase, also have the LifePod 2.0 and LifePod XT, and I am extremely happy with all of them. The DS2i looks great on my nightstand and glides opens easily with a quiet "wussssshh" It paired with my phone well, although I had to reset the safe when something in the Bluetooth became corrupted, but a simple reset and repairing with my phone fixed the issue. The application is nice, simple and functional. So far I have not had to call their customer service as everything works as it should. The fingerprint scanners are really cool and work very well. So count me as a very happy Vaultek customer.

Very, very impressed with the company, their products and their service. Have ordered several of the lifepod 2.0s so far for my vehicles and neice who recently started carrying and intend to get a lifepod xt, smart station and MX when finances allow. Yes, some of their items are pricey but worth every penny in my opinion as their build quality is top notch. Their shipping is also very reasonable and fast. I look forward to my next purchase, thank you!

I bought the Lifepod XT SE as a gift for my son upon starting his new career as a police officer. The safe arrived quickly my son was really impressed with the features and quality of the product. The company also provided me with a military discount. Super glad I didn't limit myself to the available brands and models in the stores closest to me.

LifePod 2.0 Biometric is a great portable safe. Seems sturdy, lightweight and plenty of space inside. I purchased 2 (one for my wife and one for myself). Fits my wife’s 9mm perfectly with plenty of room for the removable tray. Mine fits my XD .40, but unfortunately can’t fit the tray along with the pistol. Easy set up for both keypad and biometric access. I’ll definitely be purchasing the LifePod XT in the near future.

This is my 3rd Vaultek safe, and the Lifepod XT is great for traveling with several guns, whether on a plane (TSA compliant ) or using the bracket to lock it in your vehicle. The company is listening to the consumer needs. I can confidently leave several competition raceguns secured in a Vaultek Safe and not worry. Thanks
