Could be me, but the sliding tray for my safe sits pretty high up and it's not leveled. My Glock 19 rubs the opening when opening and shutting. If it was even and tray is slightly lower by a 3-5 millimeters, it would be a perfect 5 stars for me. QC issues?

Fast turnaround on a warranty repair. My unit was promptly returned to me in "like new" condition. It seems customer service is non existent these days in this country but, it’s alive and well at Vaultek.

The MR series is a little touch sensitive. When removing or replacing anything it triggers the alarm. Have not called to see if this unit is intended to alarm after an authorized user opens it, but mine does.

I now have a few different Vaultek products in different sizes and have been very impressed all around.

Email them about 1 of 4 small rivets that goe on the bottom of the safe that evenly holds the safe flat on the floor. They shipped it out and did not charge me a penny. Definitely would recommend them.

This buy was my first gun safe and I needed something that would travel well (I work in California regularly), and they had a device that checked all the boxes. The quality is solid, the tech is not overwhelming, and easy enough to figure out.

The Vaultek XT2i is extremely well made, durable, and designed with security in mind. It's easy to see why they are out of stock. Well worth the money, and it's a piece of mind.

Adequate gun safe, to keep grandkids hands off the gun, but slow process unsnapping the gun safe before applying the entry code. Only lock is good for is just to keep an honest person out. Way overpriced for what it is.

Love my vault. Easy to set up. Know if its been tampered with via WiFi connection. So far everything working as hoped for.

I was truly impressed on how quickly I received a response on my Rose safe, and that they are shipping me a replacement with a return label, I could not be more happy with the response. The safe is great and made with great quality ! One issue is the inconsistency of the biomatrics !! Highly disappointed in the biomatrics. It rarely works even after all the trouble shooting and many attempts to save multiple scan saves from one or two fingers ! I will contact them soon and maybe they can send me another unit

Update, I received a new charger and battery and replaced and it fixed all my issues with the safe, the initial problem was fixed and now I am super happy. Thank you for great service. Now they offer some email support on Saturday to help us during work week.

I have been researching for a lock safe for home and carry with me safe. I came across t vaulteksafe in IG. I guess IG read minds now. I checked out the website and was impress with the products. Sat on ordering for months and finally I claaed in to ask a few questions. The person was very knowledgeable and not pushy about what to buy or how much to but. Calmly answered questions when I ask which would he purchased again he politely gave me the facts of each product. In theory he sole me all three products with knowing. Laughing to myself. I received my safes and let me tell you. I am over the moon happy. It is exactly what I wanted. Now the pod x is a little bigger that I thought but manageable. I'm a women so it's a little heavy but still I take it with me everyday. It has become a part of my wardrobe. You can't go wrong on this purchase. I highly recommend it. Oh did I tell you how slick the cases are. Beautifully designed.
