May 2026 Security Advisory
Status: Resolved.
Customer Impact: No known unauthorized access or compromised customer data identified.
May 27, 2026 — Vaultek recently received a responsible security disclosure from cybersecurity researcher Ryan Roth regarding vulnerabilities affecting the ViSN platform. Our engineering team promptly investigated and remediated all reported issues, including enhancements to password reset verification, administrative access controls, input validation, and data minimization.
Our remediation efforts also included broader improvements to authentication, authorization, internal API protections, and platform security controls.
Based on our review of available server access logs, no evidence of unauthorized access, compromised customer data, or security breach associated with these vulnerabilities beyond the authorized testing performed by the reporting researcher has been identified.
Vaultek takes cybersecurity seriously and appreciates Ryan Roth’s responsible disclosure, as well as the contributions of the security community. We remain committed to continuously improving the security of our products and services.
