LifePod 10 Biometric SIG Edition

All beautiful commercial and shows SIG gun after gun stored. Well it does not fit a Sig 320 xfive. Why do you make them so small that it only take the small conceal models. Very disappointed. .

Guys, these products look great, but why dont you have even a simple slideshow gallery of these products? When you click a model, it just directs you to more marketing, which is fine if that ALSO included a gallery so we could examine these models better than your curated shots. Big ask on some of these prices for what is definitely an awesome looking product, but its day 1 stuff to have a viewable gallery we can scroll and view.

Well designed. Easy to use. Looks great. Secure. I’d like to see a pry test somewhere online but overall it’s an A+

Quick to respond about the issue and actually fix it after being sent out. If I was to point out an issue would be to let me know they received it and when they send it back out. But they were quick so I’m happy with their work and wouldn’t mind buying something from them again.

Great product, shipped quickly, clear instructions.

I have waited 90 days before making this review. I wanted the new excitement to wear off and give it time for any [bugs] to reveal themself. If I had to pick one word to describe my Vaultek clock safe I am afraid I would use [PERFECT]. Yes, I did have to scan some fingers more than once but on closer inspection I discovered that it's the angle you hold your fingertip not the scanner. Fit, Form. & Function. I don't think it can get much better than this.

Great product and small and secure! Tucks away nicely out of the way and is quick access

Good quality product. The fingerprint recognition could be improved.

This is my third safe, one being a life pod that I use when I travel, one a VT model with Bluetooth and now this safe. I have to say I'm disappointed by three things. The first is that I need a separate bluetooth app to use this safe because it will not work with my VT and the application for my VT will not work with this safe. Nothing in any of the literature told me this and I spent more than an hour trying to get the new safe to pair with my original bluetooth app from vaultek. The second issue is that for $500 I expected this device to have an alarm clock and not just an LED clock. I guess I should have noticed when I was reading the description of this safe that nowhere did it mention alarm clock and I made an assumption and we all know what that gets you. A third issue is the security cable. Every time I open the drawer the cable moves and when I try to close the drawer I end up having to manipulate the cable and slide it back to the right so that the drawer will close. I consider these minor inconveniences which is why I still rated it a four and I would give it a four and a half if I had that option. I absolutely love the build on these safes and I feel that my firearms are secure when they are locked.

It’s everything I want in a bedside safe. Quick access, low discoverability, quality construction.

Amazing Company who truly stands behind their product. I contacted them in regards of repairs for my 2 gun safe which is older than the 3 year warranty. Much to my surprise they readily agreed to repair it at no cost to me, I just had to handle shipping. This was awesome! Very quick turn around less than a week I had my safe back in my hands! And once again I am surprised, because not only was my finger pad repaired/replaced it was the newer style. They also took their time and actually cleaned the safe’s exterior and interior, they really care about their product and their commitment to their customers. I am beyond impressed with this interaction and so glad I have a VAULTEK safe.

The safe is fine and as expected. Obviously not a vault, more of a lock box but it works. The poor review is because I feel like Vautek is intentionally misleading in their description of the “nano key” that comes with the safe. The “biometric nano key” is a product that they sell but the “nano key” is not mentioned anywhere else on their website. The “nano key” is just a button you press that opens the safe with zero safeguard. It is not a key at all. I am actually surprised that the company has not been sued with a kid finding this “key”. This would all be settled if they named this “nano key” something less similar to the actually useful “biometric nano key”. I feel that this is done to make a buyer think they are getting the biometric version instead of the trash version. I reached out to customer service to express my disappointment and they were pretty rude. Not happy with this company.

This safe is incredible. Perfect notification system (WiFi model) for anyone with kids in the house. Someone punches in the wrong code? Notification. Someone punches in the RIGHT code? Notification. Someone’s fingerprint doesn’t match? Notification. Someone jostles the safe and tries to disturb it from its normal location? Notification. I can sleep well at night and travel with peace of mind knowing my Vaultek app will immediately inform me of any change in the safe. Couldn’t recommend more.

The best safe you can buy, hands down. Wish they were a bit cheaper, but you do get what you pay for!

Product arrived very quick to my house. Very impressed with the quality of it and how it works. It has served its purpose and will continue. I highly recommend it if you want a good portable safe or stationary. I have also ordered two more for family members.

Works exactly as advertised. Easy to program and operate. Have only had the safes for about a month and no issues.

Thought the features and ease of use were great and I wasn't disappointed.

Don’t think my car Vaultek 2.0 is closing correctly kinda brushed off when I asked about it other than that I like it a lot my finger tips are kinda beat up so the bio doesn’t really work for me I can get into this digital one real quick

The product is exactly as advertised and really a great overall product. If you need something just call and they will happily assist you.

Safe shipped and was well packaged. The accessories it came with I don’t use completely, but before loading up on accessories you think you want I highly recommend fitting everything in and looking for where things might not fit. The safe works well as expected and definitely makes you take time to kind of Tetris everything in. My only complaint is while it monitors humidity, the safe isn’t actually sealed almost at all, so desiccant and other methods are not enough. I am currently working a solution to seal the safe up myself.

What made my experience great is that the safe does what you said it does. The only think I think is a little confusing is that th battery indicator does not show the full charge, it only shows that its charging.

Great product, easy to set up and use.

This was my fourth product from Vaultek and it exceeded my expectations as usual. Price, quality and practicality of use all were awesome. I have my eye on a few more safes as budget permits.

It's great product. Well Built and very efficient. I love the idea that it comes with tie down. I actually attach it to my motorcycle. So I don't have to walk around with my keys.

Great design. Fantastic way to store my firearm safely and still allow quick access to it. I highly recommend their products.

Delivery was quick and product quality is top-notch. The LifePod is exactly what I needed to secure my weapon during travel without taking up too much space.

It’s built well. It works great once you figure out how to operate it. Involve some real customers when producing instructions. Engineers aren’t good instructors.

I purchased five safes from this company Good solid safes and I love the technology. Customer service is very solid. I will highly recommend this company.

Excellent customer service

Easy to purchase, great communication anytime I had to correspond.
