Not worth it. No Bluetooth and biometrics doesn’t work.
Very nice made product. But DONT BUY IF YOU WANT Biometric and Bluetooth. I received a second one from Amazon and its still not what I was expecting. They are advertising a 2.0 with biometrics and Bluetooth but they send you technically a 1.0. $270 later. Im getting my refund and sending them back. That's a lot money to not get the main features.
I'm not happy with my recent purchase, the website shows Bluetooth connectivity and biometrics. Bluetooth was the sole reason I bought this humidor. After purchasing, I'm told they don't offer that model any more. Seeing that I dont need an actual safe for my cigars, I feel like its a waste of money. However, I will say that this is my 4th vaultek safe, and they are quality products. I love all my other safes. This one is just a bummer for me
Was hoping to get the version that had the biometric scanner and the Bluetooth connection. Was told they no longer offer this product even though it’s advertised all over their website. It’s a decent product but definitely not worth the price that was charged. You can get other travel humidors for hundreds less that essentially do the same thing minus the fancy lock.
Very satisfy with the quality and the durability of the safe the interior is very well organized.

If you bought something from Vaultek and you have an issue where you have to return something or something never got delivered as your order suggests it did... ...be prepared to jump through a series of very large hoops to get your order resolved. They are not trying to help you. Trust me. As we speak, Vaultek is holding my money hostage on items I never received, and I have been going back and forth with them on this for over a week now and still have not seen a refund or the items that were lost being shipped out as a replacement. ...and that is all before you really get to the meat of what you paid all that money for. It isn't cheap. But it's very cheap!!! It's a gimmicky, wonky, weapons cabinet and they aren't really worth the price tag. Shop around. You'll get more bang for your buck by just avoiding them out right. I promise. Update: Here we are a month later. After fighting with them for days on end I finally managed to get them to send me what I paid for. Well surprise, surprise! They sent me the wrong item. It’s comical at this point how bad they dropped the ball here. Vaultek if you’re reading this…Product, Time or Money. Y’all owe me all 3, but I’ll take either of them at this point. Fix it or goes a whole lot further than just an email conversation…

I have a life pod 2.0 humidor. The biometric scanner stoped working on me. This high quality product also comes with high quality warranty and customer service that is as easy as a email. They gave me some suggestions to fix the problem. When those didn’t work they were quick to respond and help me get a replacement. Really good product!!
This is an outstanding modern product. My main concern was safety and children. I don’t care about a fire or theft and wasn’t interested in a 300 pound huge box. This met all those requirements. Mine is bolted to studs in 3 places and connected to electricity constantly.

1st the shipping box was torn up and pretty beat. I thought I was looking at the safe body, an inner box protected it very well. My biggest issues are I order the the wifi not knowing it won't work on a 5G network. Ya know must system in the modern world are 5G you must catch up. This was unknown to me and paid extra for something I can't use now. Construction is solid the electronics are sluggish. Delayed. Bio metrics are slow as well. The actual opening when used is not the best however never used one before with Bio metrics.
