A premium cigar humidor praised for "exceptional build quality" and reliability. Customers said humidity control "works perfectly" and the airtight seal keeps cigars fresh. Weather-resistant, TSA-compliant with keypad lock. Some noted instructions could be clearer, setup complicated, or inconsistent features. Overall "worth the investment."
I am so excited to give my husband this for his birthday!! I arrived quickly and packaged very professionally. He has wanted something like this and the price and look are perfect!!
I purchased a safe for my dad and when he opened it, he was so excited he accidentally locked all the keys in it. We called customer service, and they were very helpful and understanding. Not only are the products great but also the customer service.
It’s a great safe, but the wireless charger has not worked since the day after I purchased it. It only worked twice and then stopped working. Can someone help me with this? Richard Francis and
When trying to decide on which Vaultek would work best for me, I called the help line. They were very helpful and knew their product. Once I ordered my Vaultek (actually two different ones) the quality of the product was very good. I am very please with my humidor and gun safe.
Bought the humidor to keep on my desk. It looks amazing and has plenty of storage. Highly recommend! It is easy to take when traveling or visiting friends too.
Website is great. First travel safe I purchased was here in 3 days! Worked as advertised!! I cannot wait to get my humidor!! I’m leaving in 8 days for a trip and am excited to be able to safely take some good sticks!!
GREAT USE AS A HUMIDOR EVEN. THO IT WAS A REFURBISH I SEASONED ITN AND ITS GREAT
Love this thing!
I was skeptical at first thought I’d give it a try. Turns out everything that it said it was and then some. Follow the directions in the beginning of it for the set up and you shouldn’t have any problems. Love it.
Arrived in a very timely manner and was exactly as described. It was a Christmas gift for our son. He loves it!
This is the third Lifepod I have purchased. I'm a big fan on how versatile they are for quick access and portability. I got this one as refurbished and it was in perfect, new condition, and it was a screaming deal! It has been the best option I have found for a quick access pistol safe that meets my needs.
Great idea for a safe by making it a secure traveling humidor.
A great looking humidor, that has some awesome features.
Works as advertised, be sure to check measurements of your firearms so you get the right product and have realistic expectations about what can fit inside.
Vault tech safes are amazing. I have many of them and trust them to let me in as well as keep others out. I use them at work, at home and have one in each of my vehicles. I will be buying the humidor next.
Quick easy simple - same as before purchases. Great products!!
I love my Vaultek Lifepod cigar humidor. I take it to all my events and believe me when I say that it is the talk of every event. On a different note, I contacted customer service eight months after I purchased the humidor. They responded instantly, answered my questions, and solved my minor issue. I can't say enough about the product and the customer service.
Great product with fast shipping. It is very high quality and very techie with locking functions , humidity monitoring with their app and a biometric option to lock and open as well.
The customer service was great and informative. I'm truly satisfied with my purchase.
The life pod humidor is incredible top quality and functional I am very happy with my purchase.
Great product and even better customer service! I was gifted the cigar humidor and it’s one my favorite things. Every time I take it out people stop to ask me what it is and I love showing them the features and technology. I highly recommend this product if you love cigars like me!
I own several Vaultek safes and therefore I've had experience with their sales and support teams. Their products, and customer service are consistently top-notch. If you purchase a Vaultek product you are getting the best technology available from a company who will stand behind the product for years to come.
As advertised. Great product. Very well made. The blue tooth for the humidor works perfectly. Great for the times you need a portable safe. From Canada. No hand guns LOL.
Bought this safe to supplant the other 2 Vaultek safes I have already. I thought the humidor would be cool. Unfortunately it doesn’t work. When I tried to let support know, I got nothing When they work. They work great.
Vaultek makes the most reliable safes, and stands behind them. Dealing with customer service is painless, and they really want to help solve any issues that arise. Love love love this company.
Above and beyond. They not only met my expectations, but their customer service is thorough and you feel that they care about your needs. (Which is verrry hard to find in companies now.) Already I have sold the products because I’m excited about the Cigar Humidor they created. I should receive commission for my sales 😉
Bought the humidor for a friend. Shipped in a good period of time and he really liked it. I know Fred. Website was easy to use.
Customer service was of little help and they were rude. The fingerprint scanner is hit or miss at best.
I was very satisfied with the product overall. It worked as advertised and seems well built.
Nice product
LOVE the humidor safe! Some instructions could be better, but the quality is great!
Bought for my husband. He loves it. Safe way to have a gun by the bedside. It’s heavy and well made. The two way thumbprint and code to unlock are great and added clock WITH the phone charge is just the icing on the cake. My husband said it’s his absolute most favorite gift he has ever gotten. Well worth the money.
My VAULTEK smart safe works exactly as advertised. It was Just what I was looking for. Will be purchasing another one very soon
