This biometric accessory provides reliable, fast safe access. Customers said it "works perfectly" once connected, with "good quality, compact size." However, several shoppers experienced connection difficulties. The main issue is unclear instructions - the included guide references safe instructions that lack clear setup steps, requiring some to use YouTube tutorials.
Works perfectly
I’ll start by saying once it was connected it’s worked flawlessly. I had to drop it one star because of the instructions that follow with the unit. Essentially the instructions just said to do what the safe instructions say to do. Which is fine except for the safe doesn’t come with clear step by step instructions for how to get it connected. I ended up resorting to youtube on what i was doing wrong. Eventually I got it connected. Like i said it’s worked flawlessly since it’s been connected but had to drop it a star for the instructions not being very clear on how to connect it to the safe.
Gotta get this too.
could not get it to connect to the safe
This is a must have accessory for any of the RSi safes. Reliable and fast access. Prevents the need to hide the key.
CANT GET IT TO CONNECT
Works great but make sure you read the instructions and don’t forget which finger you chose for the admin finger.i made that mistake and took a little bit to set up.
Once I got it set up, it works perfectly.
Good quality, compact size.
Awesome
