I am extremely disappointed with this Vaultek safe. It’s only about a year old, and the charging port has already developed a serious defect. The charging cable no longer stays connected unless I wedge something underneath it to hold it in place. Without doing that, the safe won’t charge reliably.
This isn’t just an inconvenience—it’s a major safety concern. A firearm safe is something you depend on when seconds matter. If the charging port fails completely and the battery dies, you could be locked out of your own safe during an emergency when you need immediate access. That is simply unacceptable for a product designed to securely store a firearm.
For a premium-priced safe, I expected much better quality and durability. A charging port should last far longer than a year under normal use. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this safe due to what appears to be a critical design or quality issue. Reliability is the most important feature of a firearm safe, and unfortunately, this one has failed to meet that expectation.

I bought three safes and I just had an incident of a stranger approach my front door. I tried to access my gun but it failed to open four times despite inputting the correct code and the number pad flashing green.
Can't fail in critical moments and it did.

Extremely well built. Love the backup battery option. I probably put my fingerprint 20 times just to make sure it always reads it. Can never be too safe. It gives you options with keys for entry as well as a code. Looks sleek fits my mag and my gun perfectly snug and it even has a light. For the price I would say it's absolutely worth it. The app is easy to navigate as well and set up. 10 out of 10 recommend 💯

The instructions to set up the number code and biometric print weren’t as fluid as I thought they should be.
Also, when looking at the Vaultek YouTube video about the safe, I was impressed with the size. From the video the “10” also looked muscular or built differently from other safes I’ve had but it was a let down.
Other than that I’m happy to have another safe where I need one in my home.

Biometrics is not reliable. Tried programming fingerprints multiple times, including wiping out previous fingerprints to start over, even doing a factory wipe. Couldn’t get it to consistently open wtug biometrics. I returned this.

Got the Vaultek safe and the whole family is impressed. Essential for road trips. The keypad lock is easy for everyone to use. The build quality gives us all confidence. Already looking at getting another one for the other side of the house.

I wanted to write a comprehensive review of the safe SIG because I feel like people should know what they're getting. First off, the packaging was great — well protected and clearly done with care. When I first picked up the safe SIG, the weight and build quality were immediately noticeable. This is a serious piece of equipment, not some flimsy toy.
Perfect for my SUV. The TSA compliant has been rock solid since day one. I've tested it dozens of times now and it works every single time without fail. The SIG Sauer collab is another great feature that I use daily.
Setup took me about 10-15 minutes and the instructions were clear enough. I will say — charge it fully before your first use. Overall I'm extremely satisfied and would recommend the safe SIG to anyone. Five stars, easy.

Zero regrets buying the safe. I spent weeks researching different options and reading reviews before pulling the trigger, and I'm so glad I went with Vaultek.
Modular interior fits everything. The touchscreen was one of the main features that drew me in, and it hasn't disappointed. It's fast, reliable, and works in any conditions I've tested. The Wi-Fi enabled is another excellent touch.
Build quality is top of the line. The materials are premium, the finish is clean, and everything fits together precisely. You can tell this wasn't designed by amateurs. It just feels right.
I've already recommended the safe to three friends and two of them have bought one. That says it all.

the safe Biometric is good but not quite great. The construction is excellent and Fits great under my truck seat. The cable included works reliably. My only gripe is the included accessories feel like an afterthought compared to the safe itself. A couple more mounting options would make this a 5-star product.

Did a lot of research before going with the safe EDITION and I'm glad I did. Stays in my car. The range bag design was the main selling point and it hasn't disappointed. Customer service answered my pre-purchase questions quickly too. Very satisfied with my choice.
