LifePod 10 Biometric Colion Noir Edition

Fantastic product. Biometrics and buttons are super comfortable and responsive. Love that there is a semi thick foam that comes in there and a pad underneath so you can cut out portions to set items in place but there is still space on top of the foam to out other items without cutting the foam out that are still reasonably wide or deep. FedEx effed up my delivery and refused to accept responsibility, but Vaultek was very responsive and went out of their way to make sure I received the product i purchased. Great products and great customer service, thank you Vaultek!

Love it

Perfect for traveling

Great little safe. Biometrics work fast! Wish the lid popped up a little when the lock released but other than that it’s the perfect little storage for travel, etc.

After I set the new password, the next day I was locking it to my car and then it starting beeping and flashing and I could not get it to stop. I let the battery run out, charged it and it did the same thing and it would not accept my code. I emailed customer service two days ago and have not heard back. Very disappointed

Beautifully designed, very sturdy, easy to operate, unable to travel with on airlines great product.

Great customer service! Communication was great! Had some days where they called me after hours to troubleshoot my safe. Would definitely recommend their products and service.

I’m not the guy that likes doing customer service through email because I’m not that tech savvy, but these guys made it super simple helped me with my problem that was of my own making the product is great. Appreciate all their help. Thanks again guys.

Order came in when scheduled and box was in good shaped when received.

Easy to set up and secure to the wall and floor.

Well made, easy to use, fits perfectly under my bed.

Just a solid product all around! Bought a second one.

Great safe. No need to worry about grandkids getting in where they don’t belong.

Great support! Being old, I usually deal with those that don't have the patience to work with me. I contacted support and had the pleasure of working with Brandon. We worked thru a couple of solutions while on the phone and with a couple of emails, a solution was provided on the same day. That entire process didn't take long at all and all is great!! If the need arises again for another, similar product...Vaultek would be my first choice. Thanks again for your patience and the solution provided!!!

The safe is exactly the way it was described. Appears to be made very well. It was received in a timely manner.

Won’t work won’t work won’t work

You are a great company to deal with. You seem to genuinely care about your customer. Thank you for that. It's very hard to fine these days. I look for to my next purchase from you. Thanks again

Product exactly as described. Seems rugged but not time tested yet. Sized perfectly for contents. Shipping was on time. Very pleased with this product.

Great look and great usege

The products are innovative and amazing and the customer service is above and beyond!!! I highly recommend Vaultek products and I now own 6 not including accessories.

Prompt delivery of a quality product. The price was fair; especially considering what I received. Wish the safe was a little deeper so I could use the insert as well as putting a gun in it.

I've been looking at the Vaultek products for some time, doing comparison research to make sure it was the right safe for me. Finally, I ordered in June. Best decision ever. Ordering process was incredibly easy, my Vaultek arrived in the prescribed time and was easy to setup. Although I originally purchased this safe for home use, I've used it for travel. I am looking to purchase another Vaultek. Thanks for provided a superior product!

Durable and reliable.

You make an excellent product

It was a gift for my husband and he loves it. Set up was very easy. He really likes the phone charger, easy access and very quiet.

I’m amending my rating of the Smart Safe. I was struggling to figure out how to use the app (the app itself doesn’t explain how to set pin), but eventually figured it out. Still need to ding the safe for two reasons: 1. You shouldn’t need to use their app to simply set the time. That’s a mistake. Also, the app is not straight forward and they need to make it clearer. 2. The thermometer on my unit is off by 5 degrees. It’s a cool piece of tech but very expensive and should have fully onboard methods of setting time. Would be nice to include an alarm clock as well.

The safe arrives in less than a week, and it is everything I needed.

Overall, I'm happy with the product quality. In terms of improvement, I'll suggest two things: 1> Master code setup should be simplified. 2> The POD is limited to only handgun of 4.5" barrel length. Best,

Product is great had to wait a long time to get always out of stock. BUT worth the wait

Fast service. Good quality.

The case is not deep enough to use the tray with a compact gun. The biometrics did not work on my safe when setting up the case. I guess I will just use the keyboard to access the case. Too much of a hassle to send back. The other products I purchased in the past worked fine.

Great experience. Easy to shop. Fast shipping. Excellent items. Highly recommended.
