Vaultek® ViSN™ is a service and feature provided by Vaultek Safe, Inc. Vaultek ViSN is a system comprised of a Vaultek safe, and corresponding smartphone app. With the ViSN app, customers can stay informed of critical safe activity and select from a range of notification preferences including email and SMS.

1. Vaultek ViSN SMS service is initiated using the ViSN smartphone app. Customers will be able to opt-in by entering their phone number as well as checking the opt-in box confirming agreement to and having read the corresponding SMS terms and conditions. We will send you an SMS message to confirm your initiation.

2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. To opt-out Simply use the ViSN smartphone app and disable text notification. After this, you will no longer receive SMS notifications from us. If you want to receive notifications again, just initiate as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

SMS can also be canceled by texting STOP.

When SMS service is canceled you will receive a confirmation text to confirm you have been unsubscribed.

3. Text HELP to receive instructions on how to use this service and to get additional assistance. You will receive an email address support@vaulteksafe.com to contact Vaultek support agents and brief instructions on the service and how to unsubscribe from SMS service.

4. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For example, the frequency of messages received is dependent on your preferences in the ViSN app, as well as the frequency of safe activity. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
