LifePod 20 Essential

This safe is a mixed bag, but it's a solid choice if you're aware of its main issue. On the plus side, it's very lightweight and incredibly easy to mount, making the installation process a breeze. It's a great option if you need a quick and straightforward way to secure your items. However, there's one significant drawback: the tamper sensor is far too sensitive. It seems to be malfunctioning, as it consistently goes off every 5-10 minutes, even when nothing is touching or near the safe. I followed the instructions to turn it off, but it still continues to trigger. This constant false alarm has a major consequence: it drains the battery very quickly. My advice is to plan on keeping the safe plugged in at all times to avoid the hassle of a dead battery. Overall, it's a decent safe for the price, but be prepared to keep it powered by the wall outlet.

So easy to set up

Prompt, accurate assistance.

Love the product. Quality and usefulness was Paramount in my decision to purchase from Vaultek. I was not disappointed.

Ordering was easy….shipping was fast.

Quality and style

Love it just what I expected

The product I bought is awesome, I received it fast and it works great! I do wish it had a little more room, and there was possibly a fire rating.

Great customer service and product

I love this safe! Just got it yesterday and I’m already impressed. Excellent customer support. It is definitely worth every cent.

Stop asking for reviews on product I still haven’t received. I selected a specific color based on “in stock” status. I get an email 4 days later saying it’s actually backordered for over a month and with no option to select a different color that will be in stock sooner. Color isn’t important to me. Mistakes happen, I get it, but I can’t leave a positive review based on this experience.

Overall the product looks good. I paid extra to get the card holder and tray as I want to use this for traveling. I’m disappointed that I can’t have the tray and Glock 19 in at the same time. Only one or the other. Lid will not close with both inside. Kinda defeats the purpose of buying all the accessories.

Came quickly. Looks great and very easy set up.

Quick and easy and you stated my product exactly how I received it

Great service, quick shipping, Great quality product. This was probably the best purchase I could have done for my home protection guns.

Great product and fast shipping for the holidays! My dad loves his new safe!

Refurbed LifePod, right price and quick shipping, another outstanding Vaultek product!

Great experience.

Bought a VE 20 for my home, liked it so well I bought another for my vehicle and one for my son.The other night I thought I was having a problem with one of my safes, found out it was operator error. In the process I wrote to customer support and had a response first thing in the morning.

I am not an extremely techy person, but I had virtually no issues setting up the safe. Once I had the correct app - for wi-fi, the only issue I had was having to go through the router/WPN instead of the internet connection synching through my phone. But the instructions made it so easy to do! I recommend this safe not just for the obvious physical security, but for the app security. I received a tampering alert when my cat was checking it out and touched a button! He was caught in the act :) The quick access into the safe via the fingerprints or the master code are good piece of mind. It's well worth the extra money.

Very high quality safe and heavy duty in all respects. Very compact for easier mobility on the go.

great product. i would definitely would buy another and tell everyone i know.
