LifePod 20 Biometric

Two biggest issues
Biometric fingerprint reader fails to read my finger 9:10 times, which defeats the purpose of having quick access to my safes contents.

Secondly, the dimensions of the storage space within the safe does not account for the included tray. A frustrating problem when the photos show the tray in use and describe it to be usable with subcompact pistols.

Disappointed that the safe fell short.

Nothing quite like the frustration of ordering a premium product only to have to cheap sticker they plaster across the front leave a sticky residue all over the product that's damn near impossible to get off.

The product itself is good, but I’m very disappointed with the service. I ordered two different times, two items each time, and specifically wanted the full-size version. Both times, I received the small size instead.

There is nothing I can do with the smaller size, and trying to return or exchange the items has been a frustrating process. If a customer orders a specific size, the correct size should be sent.

The product is good, but the customer service and order fulfillment need serious improvement. If you order this product, make sure you double-check that you are receiving the full-size version.

Great piece of exceptional equipment to help keep additional equipment safe & secure.

Great quality case, with a perfect size and weight for my needs.
Fantastic customer service and fast shipping!

Glad I got one. I have one of their rifle safes too and I love it. Haven’t traveled with it yet but I will definitely get all my use out of it. Great product.

Seems to be a decent product, but the experience is rather ruined by spending the first hour of ownership cleaning nasty sticker residue from the front.

Would have given 5 stars if I could get at least the thin layer of foam to stay in top part so gun would be surrounded by foam.

Quality product, feels extremely durable. Set up was very easy and straightforward.

Amazing quality. Much lighter than my previous safe, but doesn’t lack the secureness. The digital keypad and biometrics work flawlessly. Don’t sleep on this product.

Love it!! I wish it came with a battery. Also, trying to put the handle on is ridiculous. It doesnt just slide into the groove. You have yo flex, but it still doesnt flesh straight. Make the handle slightly longer please and send me one. Thank you for your hardwork making a solid product.

This things kicks ass!

Just a beautiful product for keeping stuff safe

Very happy with my purchase

I really lovemy life pod 20 biometrics. It was easy to set up. I like that I can hold full-size and a compact in there comfortably. I love that I can either use the cable or handle and carry it and put it in my backpack. bring it wherever I want use my vehicle in store my documents., passport money. I think this is a great item for any home or any vehicle.

This safe is as promised. Well constructed, air tight, compact, has a great locking feature, with keypad, fingerprint and a key. Comes with a locking cable that makes it super easy to secure in your car and anywhere else you need to keep it in place. Also comes with a convenient power cable, in case your battery runs out and you don't have your key. You can just plug into a power outlet and use your key pad to open up. Now go on, get it, you know you want to. I promise you won't regret it!

VAULTEK is an amazing company and I love their products! This is my second safe.

It’s great!

This is a well-built case and is perfect for carrying 1 full size or two compact pistols. You can’t beat the construction and biometric access.

Love it

No one wants to have to go to the store to buy a 9V battery upon delivery.

Just what I needed light weight and manageable.

Love the smart safe. The only one problem I’m having is that it won’t charge my watch on the pad. Everything else charges just fine.

Sent in safe for repair. They sent return shipping label for me to send it in. And the turn around time was super fast.

Horrible set up instructions and follow up. I need to return this non-functioning product.

My vaultek safe won't completely engage the Locking bolt mechanism with firearms inside. Even with new battery. Very disappointing as this feature was most of the selling point for me.

I had a programming issue with a safe and the team worked with me through multiple options and remedies. Rather than giving up or declining further help, the team offered to replace the safe. Their patience and persistence is very unusual in the customer service world and appreciated.

Super high quality and functionality. It's a little confusing because there are temperature and humidity sensors, but no method for controlling temperature or humidity. If it's simply monitoring room temperature with need for a 3rd-party humidity source, that's OK, just make that clear. A handle would be a nice addition.

Amazing company with a fantastic product! Will order from again and again!! Morgan handled my order perfectly!

I bought a vaultek biometric safe to put on my nightstand but also bought a cheaper brand for my rifles that is also biometric. My VAULTEK works every time without any issues. My economy rifle safe biometric scanner works about 20% of the time. Since then I have purchased another safe for my wife’s nightstand and a lifepod. For me, there’s no other option. All 3 VAULTEK safes biometric scanners work perfectly. I don’t even bother using the bio scanner on the cheaper safe because I don’t want it to go into tamper mode.

The quality of the products is top notch, and the workmanship is second to none.

I have purchased 6 safes over the years from Vaultek. The best safe product if you’re looking for something modern and high tech. I recently had a problem with my power cord for one of my safes and they sent me one for free. Always great service with a great product.
