Two biggest issues
Biometric fingerprint reader fails to read my finger 9:10 times, which defeats the purpose of having quick access to my safes contents.
Secondly, the dimensions of the storage space within the safe does not account for the included tray. A frustrating problem when the photos show the tray in use and describe it to be usable with subcompact pistols.
Disappointed that the safe fell short.

Nothing quite like the frustration of ordering a premium product only to have to cheap sticker they plaster across the front leave a sticky residue all over the product that's damn near impossible to get off.

Glad I got one. I have one of their rifle safes too and I love it. Haven’t traveled with it yet but I will definitely get all my use out of it. Great product.

Seems to be a decent product, but the experience is rather ruined by spending the first hour of ownership cleaning nasty sticker residue from the front.

Love it!! I wish it came with a battery. Also, trying to put the handle on is ridiculous. It doesnt just slide into the groove. You have yo flex, but it still doesnt flesh straight. Make the handle slightly longer please and send me one. Thank you for your hardwork making a solid product.

I really lovemy life pod 20 biometrics. It was easy to set up. I like that I can hold full-size and a compact in there comfortably. I love that I can either use the cable or handle and carry it and put it in my backpack. bring it wherever I want use my vehicle in store my documents., passport money. I think this is a great item for any home or any vehicle.

This safe is as promised. Well constructed, air tight, compact, has a great locking feature, with keypad, fingerprint and a key. Comes with a locking cable that makes it super easy to secure in your car and anywhere else you need to keep it in place. Also comes with a convenient power cable, in case your battery runs out and you don't have your key. You can just plug into a power outlet and use your key pad to open up. Now go on, get it, you know you want to. I promise you won't regret it!

Giving the 2.0 Biometric 4 stars. The product itself is premium and the fingerprint reader is solid. Great for day trips. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 is the battery could last a bit longer between charges. But I'd still recommend it without hesitation.

Zero regrets buying the LIFEPOD 2.0 BIO. I spent weeks researching different options and reading reviews before pulling the trigger, and I'm so glad I went with Vaultek.
No issues at TSA. The cable included was one of the main features that drew me in, and it hasn't disappointed. It's fast, reliable, and works in any conditions I've tested. The TSA compliant is another excellent touch.
Build quality is top of the line. The materials are premium, the finish is clean, and everything fits together precisely. You can tell this wasn't designed by amateurs. It just feels right.

This is my second Vaultek product (first was a LifePod) and the 2.0 Biometric continues the tradition of quality. Perfect for traveling. The TSA compliant and fingerprint reader are both excellent. Starting to think I need a third one.

The LifePod 2.0 Biometric is good but not quite great. The construction is excellent and Fits great under my truck seat. The cable included works reliably. My only gripe is the included accessories feel like an afterthought compared to the safe itself. A couple more mounting options would make this a 5-star product.

Giving the LifePod 2.0 Biometric 3 stars for now. The hardware and build quality are genuinely good. But the compact has been inconsistent and the setup process was more frustrating than it should have been. Customer support helped eventually. I think with some software updates this could be a 5-star product.
