How to replace lost keys?
Email support@vaulteksafe.com and provide the safes part number. The part number is located on the back of the battery cover and also is located the first page of the user manual.
What fits in the safe?

Are the safes fireproof?
No vaultek safe is fire rated.
We developed these safes as quick access safe focusing on technology and smart protection. Fire protection requires very thick metal construction with fire retardant materials which have not been implemented.
What is the difference between Bluetooth and WiFi enabled safes?
Bluetooth is short range for managing and view safe data while WiFi allows you to view, and manage the safe as we’ll as receive live alerts anywhere around the world.
Bluetooth
With Bluetooth enabled safes, you can manage your safe and view safe data when in close range. The Bluetooth app does not send live alerts like the WiFi app.
WiFi
With Wi-Fi enabled Vaultek safes, you can manage and monitor safe activity remotely. Receive instant alerts to your phone for critical safe activity such as tampering, low battery, and more.
