Jeff Shepard is a retired police officer who was involved in an ambush shooting while on duty and an IED attack. From this he started Ride4Relief, a motorcycle ride for those who suffer from PTSD. We met up with him during his ride across America to help share his story.

“And that’s the truth, you’re not alone. And there is help and relief out there. I know it, because I overcome my PTSD everyday.” – Jeff Shepard
